Robert Damico was a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished family member and friend whose life was defined by strength, loyalty, and love. Born on May 12, 1971, in Brooklyn, New York, Robert brought warmth and passion into every space he entered and was a longtime fan of the New York Yankees. He loved spending time on the golf course and treasured being surrounded by his family and friends—moments that meant everything to him. At just 54 years old, Robert passed away on November 4, 2025, after a courageous nearly five-year battle with colorectal cancer driven by a KRAS genetic mutation that metastasized to his lungs and bones. Throughout countless surgeries, treatments, and radiation, and despite never reaching remission, Robert fought with unwavering determination, resilience, and grace, embodying the heart of a true warrior. This foundation was created in his honor to carry forward his strength and legacy, with a clear mission to support families affected by colorectal cancer, raise awareness of genetic mutations like KRAS, and provide hope, resources, and advocacy so no one has to face this journey alone.
